We’re not only experienced in local removals, we’re experts. Until recently, our total business was local - within Auckland. We’ve moved on to operating inter-city removals also, but we haven’t lost our touch.
Moving your valuable furniture and personal effects is not complicated, but there are basic things that need to done well and without compromise.

Be on time. Nothing can be more unsettling than your removal company arriving late.
Communicate courteously with you. We know the stresses involved in moving house and work with you to get the job done smoothly.
Use our own careful and experienced people, dressed in corporate attire. Calling in casual, inexperienced people from a labour exchange can be a recipe for disaster.
Respect the value of your household items.
Work efficiently but carefully. Being rough with your furniture to save time is something we avoid.
Auckland Wide Removals is a family-owned business. The owner operator is actively involved in every household move. So managing your removal successfully is done on location, not from a remote ‘Head Office’.
Most people moving locally choose to wrap and pack their own items. Typically, soft furnishing items are wrapped temporarily in blankets by the removal company.
Auckland Wide Removals goes one better. We wrap all chairs, settees, tables etc. in clean, new bubble wrap for additional protection from dust and dirt.
In its new home, your favourite armchair is ready for you, nice and clean.

There is a lot to think about, even when you're only moving across town. When you choose us, we take the important insurance issue of your mind.
Our removals include FREE TRANSIT INSURANCE up to $250,000.
If your holdhouse is worth in excess of that, please talk to us.
Packing, moving, storage. They all need some thinking about; planning and budgeting too. We’re pleased to give you an estimate over the phone or by calling personally to assess actual volumes. We can also help by estimating the time required to complete your move, and give you some guidance around packing. If your household is going into storage, professional packing can help by saving space and avoiding damage.
You will find us honest and consistent. We do not increase our rates over weekends and charge in only 15-minute blocks after the first hour. So 1hr 15 minutes doesn’t get rounded up to 2 hours!
